On your device
Progress, scores, diamonds, unlocked content, language and privacy choices are stored locally. We store only your selected age range (under 16 / 16 or over), not your date of birth. You can change privacy choices without resetting game progress.
Under 16
In this version, selecting under 16 prevents third-party advertising and online leaderboard services from starting. Personalization and tracking are not requested. Local gameplay remains available. External links are behind a parental gate. This gate is not verified parental consent for processing personal data.
Online features
For the 16-or-over group, Unity Authentication and Leaderboards may process an anonymous player ID, in-game name and scores. Your submitted in-game name and scores can be visible to other players. This version offers no real-money in-app purchases.
Advertising and your choice
Unity Ads may process device/app information, IP address and ad interactions for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, and advertising identifiers where permitted. Personalization is optional and is not enabled by default. Declining does not block access to the game. iOS tracking permission is requested separately through Apple's system prompt; an in-game choice alone does not authorize tracking. Without permission, appropriate limited advertising may be available; ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewarded ads require a separate choice to watch.
Purposes and legal bases
Local preferences and requested gameplay features support delivery of the service. Security processing relies on applicable legitimate interests or legal duties. Personalization and tracking rely on consent where required. Applicable rights and legal bases depend on your country and the processing involved.
Recipients, retention and rights
Apple and Unity process data for their services. Data may be processed outside your country; consult their privacy notices. Local records remain on your device. Online records are retained as needed for the service purpose and legal obligations; deleting the app does not automatically delete server records. Contact info@algosense.ai to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent as applicable. We may need your in-game identifier to locate records; do not send passwords or payment details. Your applicable GDPR/KVKK rights and right to complain to a competent data protection authority remain available.
